The Janice and Charles Drake Library has over 50,000 in-print books, most have a 30-day checkout.  The Library Catalog lists all the materials that are available in the library. We can ship most books to students and faculty upon request. If you locate a book from our collection, and you are off campus, please email Ms. Salerno at csalerno@okwu.edu.

Locating Books at Drake

OKWU Janice and Charles Drake Library uses both  Library of Congress Classification and Dewey Decimal  Classification to organize our collection.  The major of our collection uses LC system, this allows materials to be grouped by subject. These materials are located downstairs. The Children Literature Collection, located upstairs, uses the Dewey Decimal Classification system.  If you need assistance please ask a circulation desk attendant.
